To my knowledge there are 3 books that that have mismatched audio playing for them. There are also a few books that are mismatched but that’s something we can easily fix ourselves. Unfortunately, the mod author seems to have stopped working on the mod so not all books in the game are covered. Great mod for those of us that hate reading. A few mods have taken advantage of this and ported it to PC but you should only use one. Oddly enough, the Playstation 4 version of Skyrim shipped with higher quality audio for voices and music than other versions of the game. Follow the instruction under this tag in General Info. – This mod’s plugin can be flagged as an ESL to save space in your load order. It actually fits his unique voice really well, much better than the default Nord shouts. This mod is a small work around that uses the Orc voice type for his shouts. In vanilla, Ulfric doesn’t actually speak words when he shouts and the game doesn’t even have dialogue files for his shouts. This is a simple mesh tweak, no record edits involved. Replaces the sounds anvil striking sounds made by NPCs when they’re hammering on wood with something more, well, woody. That being said, for something like Skyrim you may prefer the brighter and more accurate sounds of the ATH-AD1000x or the boomier bass of the ATH-AD900x. They’re not the newest these days but tried and tested so I love them. I’ve personally been using the Audio Technica ATH-AD700x for years. Just like you invest in quality hardware for graphics, invest in quality hardware for audio. Without hardware capable of creating quality directional audio and sound, much of the effect will be lost. If you’re listening to Skyrim on your old Apple earbuds from 2010, you obviously won’t feel the profound impacts of the updated audio as you would with quality open-eared headphones or a surround sound setup.
